Who we are
Founded in 2007 as DISA Technologies Private Limited (DTPL), we have evolved from a small team of engineers into the Norican Competency Centre India (NCCI) - a multi-disciplinary global competency centre based in India, driving Norican’s engineering, research, and innovation across the world.
Our team of 46+ skilled professionals brings together deep expertise in Engineering, R&D, Applications, and Technical Documentation for DISA, Simpson, and Wheelabrator Technologies. NCCI also holds specialized capabilities in moulding, shot blasting, and foundry sand technologies, and is home to a dedicated IIoT team developing advanced digital solutions under the Monitizer brand. Alongside these technical strengths, the centre continues to expand with key business functions including Finance, Marketing, and IT, reinforcing NCCI’s role as a truly multi-disciplinary global competency hub.

As an integral part of the Norican Group, the Norican Competency Centre India (NCCI) stands at the forefront of global research, development and innovation. From our base in India, we help shape and deliver cutting-edge technologies for DISA, Wheelabrator and Simpson Technologies.
Our R&D teams in India work closely with global Tech Centres to advance Norican’s brand technologies and deliver customized solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.
The centre also leads design responsibilities for key product lines, including DISA FLEX, DISAMATIC C lines, Auto Mould Handling Systems, and DISA Sand Plant equipment - reinforcing our role as an engine of innovation for Norican worldwide.
