Manufacturing Hub, Tumkuru
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tumkuru spans 20,000 sqm, serving as a centre of excellence for high-end foundry and shot blasting equipment, sand preparation systems - from cooling and mixing to testing and reclamation technologies.
An additional 8,000 sqm plant is underway as part of our expansion plan—reinforcing our commitment to delivering world-class solutions with speed, precision, and reliability. This new facility will boost our machine manufacturing capabilities for both domestic and export markets.
Tumkuru Warehouse: A Benchmark in Smart, Efficient and World-Class Operations
Our Tumkuru plant is home to DISA India’s advanced central warehouse — a true showcase of operational excellence. Designed for precision, speed, and reliability, the facility features an integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) that streamlines every movement, from inbound materials to outbound dispatch, ensuring complete visibility, accuracy, and control. Strengthening this efficiency is our high-performance KARDEX automated storage system, enabling fast, error-free retrieval and optimized space utilization.
With a storage capacity of 15,000+ parts, supported by a heavy-duty racking infrastructure, the warehouse seamlessly caters to both OEM production needs and the Aftermarket business. This combination of smart technologies, intelligent storage, and disciplined execution ensures that we deliver the right part, at the right time, every time.
Norican Competency Centre India
Norican Competency Centre India (NCCI) is a global competency hub based in India, driving Norican’s engineering, research and innovation worldwide. Established in 2007, competency centre brings together expertise in Engineering, R&D, Applications and Technical Documentation for DISA, Simpson, StrikoWestofen, Monitizer, and Wheelabrator.
With expertise spanning moulding, shot blasting, foundry sand technologies, and IIoT solutions under the Monitizer brand, NCCI combines technical excellence and collaboration to deliver world-class solutions for both international and Indian markets.Alongside these technical strengths, the centre continues to expand with key business functions including Finance, Marketing, and IT, reinforcing NCCI’s role as a truly multi-disciplinary global competency hub.
